- The most important thing you have to make sure of is that it will fit your everything you usually carry. For some people that's a camera body and a few lenses, for others it's two camera bodies with many lenses, filters and accessories. Don't buy until you are 100% sure that all your carrying needs are met. To do this, read the product description about the dimension, check out the product pictures and if still in doubt, drop me an email.
- Second thing to look for is the practicality and different perks that come with each photo backpack. For example the backpacks we keep on the shelf at the moment are Crumpler backpacks; these babies have a unique and quite practical design. They can only be opened when you take them off your back, which means thieves looking for your zippers will be able to pat your backpack all day long and not find and entry point.
- Comfort usually varies in direct correlation to the price. But for the most part you don't have to worry about it on this site. There are some Lowepro camera backpacks that run for about $50+ that I haven't yet tried and make me a bit nervous, but Crumpler backpacks are the closes thing you'll get to a back rub from an actual camera backpack
Following these guidelines will almost always make you a happy customer.
